Our company has a full set of Fuhua, European, American brake shoe products models and matching the accuracy of the main engine factory standards. We have a 630t and a 500t high precision punch and a high-speed CNC punching machine, Our monthly production capacity is around 120000 brake shoes. 6 sets of high-precision automatic professional welding equipment for brake shoes whose welding technology enjoys the leading level in the same industry. It focuses on factors that ensures the deformation of brake shoes during welding and the welding capacity penetration depth & tensile strength. Based on our more than 10 years′ technical experience we have successfully innovated and improved the 4th generation automation boring equipment. It comprehensively solved the technical problems such as concentricity, parallelism, smoothness and circular arc of brake shoes assembly R port. Our company adopts the latest quenching equipment with automatic circulating cooling treatment to quench the brake shoe assembly r port, and the quenching technology has a leading position in the same industry which more effectively ensures the oxidation treatment and the performance characteristics after products being quenched. Inspectors strictly follow the procedures of the quality control of raw materials and still plates, and the technicians randomly carry out the test of welding penetration and tensile strength from time to time. We implement the system of operators′ self inspection, team leaders′ patrol inspection and inspectors′ inspection to ensure that our products quality reaches the standard of our customers′ requirements before the goods leaving factory.
