Empty bottle washing:
This part of the machine is used to wash empty bottles with water spray, it uses purified water to wash the bottle's inner surface at a particular angle. It makes the bottle before filling clean, in line with health standards, to prevent bacteria, sediment, and other harmful substances.
The rotary plate, washing head, clips...etc, these parts of the bottle washing station are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
After washing, used flushing water will be collected and discharged uniformly. Water filling:
This filling station is used to fill water into PET bottles, filling valves, a tank, pipes...etc, all water contacting parts are made of stainless steel 304, which can ensure the filling process is safe clean, and hygienic, without second pollution.
