Zoomlion is the first company to research and develop Concrete Placing Booms in China. During the "Eight. Five" Period, Zoomlion took on the responsibility to tackle the national "Eight. Five" special topic "Key Equipments and Technology for Commercial Concrete". After intense research on this special topic, we found key technologies required for the Concrete Placing Boom; These include the kinematics of the Placing Boom's link mechanism, kinetics analysis, Placing Boom jib finite element analysis, optimizing design, and so on. Preceding developments uncovered the All-Hydraulics Placing Boom HG series with 38m, 32m, 24m, and 19m placing radius models. According to various circumstantial needs, we also uncovered the stationery, mobile, climbing, and marine Placing Booms. Used with Concrete Pumps, the Concrete Placing Boom conveniently and efficiently sends concrete to the pouring ground. The concrete placing boom is made up of the upper placing boom, middle slewing mechanism and the lower tower section. The combination of the upper placing boom and several types of the lower tower section can create many different models of the Concrete Placing Boom.
