Our foundry is one of the biggest casting manufacturers in China. Ductile/Grey Cast Iron Manhole Covers & Gully Gratings is our main products. We export large quantity to European countries, Africa, Middle East, Australia, Asia, South America, deal to super lower price, high quality and delivery on time.
We can produce according to your drawings and requirements, and also can design drawings according to your requirement. The details of products are as follows,
(1)Material: Ductile/grey cast iron
(2)Standard: EN124 EN1433
(3)Class: EN 124 A 15, B125, C250, D400, E600 and F900
(4)Certificate: ISO9001 ISO14001 BSI LRQA
(5)Casted by mould, no big deformation. No noise nor vibration when car and man step over
(6)Anti impact, anti corrasion, anti rust. Avoiding being stolen
(7))Products can be classified into the city construction category and the communication category. The city construction category for city construction, power supply, air port, dock, heat supply, water supply, sewage, gas, firefighting, and other projects. While the communication category can be used in China Netcom, China Unicom, telecommunication broadcast, television transmission and underground cable projects.
(8)Covered with black bituminous coating.
Packing: Steel pallet or wooden pallet. 25 tons for a container.
Payment terms: (1) Irrevocable L/C at sight;
(2)30% T/T deposite, and balance 70% T/T at 5 days after B/L.
