Nangong Forging is a forging factory with more than 20 years experiences in this field which can provide all kinds of forgings from 5kg to 60tons. The products ranges from wind turbine shaft, step-down shaft, rotor, gear, flange, hub, plate, block, bar, disc, ring, sleeve, pipe, coil, wire, etc.
All of the products are widely used in many areas as follows: Wind power, hydropower, thermal power, metallurgy, mining, petrochemical, ship building, energy, transportation, pressure vessel etc.
The production line comprise smelting, forging, rough machining, heat treatment and final machining.
The major forging facilities including hydraulic pressure machines(2000T, 4000T and 6300T), electro-hydraulic hammer(3T, 5T), air hammer(560kg, 750kg, 1T), heat treatment furnaces and turning machines.
Nangong has acquired ISO9001: 2000, ISO14001: 2004, OHSAS18001: 2007, AD2000 W0, API Q1 and has been authorized by world class ship classification society such as BV, GL, CCS and PED certificate issued by European Union.
