We are leading of PTFE equipment in China with 10+ year experience. Expert manufacture of PTFE ROD Extruder, TUBE Extruder and SHEET Mould press machine and PTFE Mould, PTFE paste extruder for hoses. Machine has export to USA, Korea, India, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia etc.
PTFE Rod extruder: Produce OD 3mm - 150mm; 150mm - 500mm by mould press machine; OD tolerance: + - 0.02mm; From 150mm TO 600mm produce by 3000T vertical Mould press machine line.
PTFE Tube extruder: Produce OD 20mm - 500mm. NB300-500mm by mould press machine. Thickness of wall tolerance: + - 0.02mm; PTFE Vertical Mould Press machine produce 100mm to 600mm PTFE TUBE by 3000T power press machine.
PTFE Sheet Hydraulic press machine: To press thickness 3mm- 100mm with 1m*1m to 2.5M*2.5M size by 1000Ton to 8000T capacity;
PTFE paste extruder for Hoses OD 2mm to 50mm.
PTFE Film Skiving machine line make film from 0.2mm - 7mm thickness.
PTFE Gasket press machine depend on requried.
With fully technology support and process instruction to customers. Best after service after site commissioning.
