Sunshine& Cell Power System Equipment Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Sunshine") is a national high technology enterprise integrating power equipment research & development, product manufacture and sales into one. Founded in December 2002, the headquarter of Sunshine is located at national high-tech development zone, Chancheng Industrial Park in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Sunshine manufactures full range of UPS products. After the foundation, two subsidiaries were established successively: Chancheng Branch, Sunshine& Cell Power System Equipment Co., Ltd founded in 2005 and Power channel Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. Nanhai Foshan in 2008. Since then, full range of UPS equipment including power protection, power reserve and power conversion products are all covered by this enterprise.
