Far Eastern Drilling are API (API-7-1 & API Spec Q1) factory specializes in drill bits, such as Tricone Bit,PDC Bit,Hybrid Bit,HDD Hole Opener,Foundation Roller Cone Bits and related drilling tools,application fields includes for oil well drilling, gas well drilling, geothermal well drilling, mining, geological survey, hydrographic survey, water well drilling, HDD pipelines installation projects, foundation rock piling projects. We can offer both TCI and Steel (Milled) Tooth in a variety of sizes and all most of IADC codes in stock.

According to cutting material,single roller cone bit can be divided into TCI bit and Steel Tooth Bit .
TCI is short for Tungsten Carbide Insert, tungsten carbide is regular hard material in rock drilling field.
Single roller cone bits have the largest bearings in the HDD industry.Sealed bearings provide much longer bearing life. Massive carbide wear pads provide better wear resistance than brazed-on carbide.Available with various cutter configurations for optimal performance in everything from soft ground to extremely hard rock. A best choice when the ground is too hard for a three-tooth style rock bit .

Answer: We always have regular models available in stock, prompt delivery is one of our advantages. Mass production depends on quantity of order.
We accept all regular payment terms including L/C, T/T, etc.
We are near from Beijing airport and Tianjin(Xingang) seaport, transportation from our factory to Beijing or Tianjin only takes one day, fast and very economical inland charges.
