The features of autoclave
1. The drawing of autoclave were drawn based on the national standard 150, designed by The Forth Ministry of Machinery Designing Institute.
2. Use Angang Q345R container dedicated panel;
3. Clave circle and clave gate use 16Mn secondary anneal, heat treatment, and the clave gate been heat preservated before leave factory.
4. Reduction gears adopt turbine pole, different from the cycloid pinwheel reduction gears. Trebling safeguard: Electronic interlocking device. Manual operation interlocking device(Manual operation screw)
5. Boiler 2× 21 meter, can hold 20, 000 sign brick, air-entrapping parcel 28.8m³ ;
Boiler 2× 31 meter, can hold 30, 000 sign brick, air-entrapping parcel 39m³ ;
6. Boiler 21m: The weight of 14mm and 16mm differ 2t;
Boiler 31m: The weight of 14mm and 16mm differ 3t;
7. Safety valve DN80 different from port DN50 of other venders;
Baseboard(20mm) different from the 18mm of other venders;
Foundation bolt(foot 24mm, trace, contain cover) different from the 18mmdeformedsteel bar.
