Both side of the elastic base material of the double sealing rubber strip are coated with butyl rubber sealing adhesion which has very good stickiness and solvent resistance, as well as excellent weather fastness and ageing resistance.

Main Uses:

1. For the first layer of sealing for the hollow curtain glass (mainly as 0.5mm thick)
2. For the waterproof film adhesion, sealing and anti-shock for the doors and windows of car

Instructions for use:

1. Clean up and dry the object surface before sticky.
2. Tear the protective film. Then stick the tape to the object surface.
3. Press the tape hard, to ensure the tape stuck firmly.

Notes:

1. Eliminate the water, oil, dust and dirt on the surface of the base material before use.
2. The adhesive tape needs to be stored at the cool and dry place, in order to avoid the exposure to heat, sunshine and rain.
3. The product is a self-adhesive material, and the once-and-for-all adhesion can exert the optimum performance.

Construction method

Construction method of the new engineering of steel Structure roofing

Select the proper specification according to the shape of the metal plate or the gap and joint of the bonded pat and in line with the requirement of the engineering design

Clean the bonded part of the metal plate

Uncover the double-face rubber tape slowly from one end of the metal plate,and stick the sealing tape to the lap joint of the lower layer of metal plate along the straight line of the joint,then ,press the tape gently with your hand,so as to make it stick fast to the metal plate

Tear the release paper on the butyl sealing tape ,and press the metal plate on the upper layer of the interface into the bonded and sealed tightly

Fix and tight the screw ,and make the upper and lower bonding surface of the tape bonded tightly

The stipulation apply to the sealing and waterproofing work of the roofing and metal plate of civil engineering structure that uses the rubber tape for the bonding the waterproof roll,metal contour plate,PC plate and other supporting materials
