Caractéristiques : Cette série de FCW a l'excellente caractéristique de fonctionnement et le rendement élevé. L'arc est stable. La perle est lisse avec la bonne forme et l'aspect. Les propriétés mécaniques et les propriétés de résistance à la corrosion répondent à des spécifications d'AWS A5.22. Le coût complet est procédé plus humblement que manuel de soudure à l'arc électrique de 20%. Les fils de soudure de TIG peuvent employer sans argon de support. Le processus simplifié peut diminuer le coût et augmenter la productivité considérablement.

Tianjin Sianteagle is leading company of welding consumables and equipments. With registration fund of 16 million RMB, this company is mainly engaged in development, manufacturing, sales series of flux cored wire and corresponding device and technology.
And it is the toppest one in production capacity, research ability and market occupation with 7000--8000tons the whole capacity of producing per year.
The company takes full advantage of the brain power and advanced experimental and testing methods to develop new products continuously and make achievements of successfully development of production lines with capacities of 800tons per year and 1500tons per year respectively, and of over 50 types of flux coved wire of carbon steel, low alloy and high strength steel, stainless steel and alloy for hard surfacing.
All above achievements have been authenticated by Tianjin Science and Technology Commission (TSTC) in 1997. Among them the type of SQJ501got approval of ship bureau of CCS ABS DNV LR BV GL and NK. In addition to, we have taken on study task such as "Research on metallurgical mechanism and application of FAW" sponsored by National Foundation of Science, "TIG stainless FCW free of backing argon gas" sponsored by Tianjin Municipal Foundation of Science and "Welding consumables used to weld in steel converter with 300tons capacity of Bao steel" and now, we are negotiating with the Navy about "Research of special FCW for special steel of Navy New style missle escort vessel".
