At present, the company introduced the German "WALTER" and "ANKA" Swiss CNC tool grinding machine equipment, as well as Germany "Peter Muller" universal tool inspection equipment. Because of imported Germany WALTER Hlicheck detection system, the diameter of 0.1mm above products can also be strict inspection, to ensure that the product precision and commitment to customers. Every tool has a computer aided design(CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing(CAM), in line with the ISO9001: 2008 standard certification.
In recent years, the company with a new concept of cutting more, the development of DM series, HPC(high efficiency), HFC(high feed) and HSC(high speed) milling cutter. Because of our new grinding technology and innovation tool design, DM milling cutter series can be processed HRC70 material hardness, present deeper faster cutting speed and feed rate, and increase the rate of chip removal and increase your productivity.
